At beyerdynamic, we want you to be completely satisfied with your high-fidelity audio equipment. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your products within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to your account or use the guest order portal to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Securely

  Place the product in its original packaging with all included accessories and documentation to ensure it arrives at our service center in mint condition.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package, ensuring any previous shipping barcodes are covered or removed.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our technicians inspect your returned gear, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
